Greenpoint's renown dinner experience, Nura, hosted a crawfish boil pop-up hosted by chefs Nick Griffo and Sam Short. Chef Sam knew my southern roots and fine arts background and wanted me to draft up a menu. But I couldn’t half ass my heritage; I illustrated a step-by-step crawfish eating tutorial.
