The Williamsburg neighborhood hotspot, Lighthouse, commissioned me to illustrate a cocktail menu for the 2021 National Finals for the Rémy Martin Bartender Talent Academy. I was honored to witness my former colleague and cocktail extraordinaire, Channing Centeno, compete amongst some the most talented mixologists of today. He was the only one representing NYC. It was an incredible evening of talent.
